Horticulture is more than just growing plants – it’s an artform that cultivates new life and nurtures growth in ourselves and in things that grow.

Through our horticulture programming we focus on fostering growth, connection and relationships through engaging community members interested in consumer and commercial horticulture.

"I am pleased to have a wonderful job as the county Horticulture Agent. I enjoy teaching and talking with people about gardens, lawns, trees and shrubs. Master Gardeners and commercial horticulture are also my program areas. Let me know if I can be of help."

Kathryn Wimberley, County Agent for Horticulture
